We collect as little as we can, use it only to deliver your order, and never sell it.

This website

• We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and reliability.
• The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

When you contact us or place an order

We keep your name, email, company, phone number and anything you send us, such as your account list. We use it only to deliver and support your order, and to send you your receipt and results.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount paid and the last four digits of your card, but never your full card number. Stripe's use of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

People who appear in our research

Our research covers people at the companies our clients send us. For each person we may record business information from public sources: name, job title, employer, time in role, career history, LinkedIn profile, a business phone number, and a work email only where it is publicly published. We don't collect home addresses, personal phone numbers or personal social media profiles. Results go only to the client who ordered them.

If you appear in our research, you can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@grind.bot. We reply within 30 days.

Who we share data with

Only the services we need to run the business: our email provider, our website host and Stripe. We don't sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

• Client account lists and results: up to 12 months after delivery, so we can answer questions and re-check rows, then deleted. We delete them sooner if you ask.
• Order and payment records: as long as tax law requires.
