These terms apply when you order prospect research from List Revival. By paying for an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

List Revival is an independent prospect research service. You can reach us at hello@grind.bot.

What you are buying

We research the accounts you send us. For each account we report its operating status, a decision-maker chosen by buying role, how that person was verified, business contact details where they are publicly available, dated reasons to call now, reasons to wait, and a confidence tag on every row. The optional Social Listening add-on adds what is said in public about the account and its current vendor.

Package sizes, prices and turnaround times are shown on our packages page. Turnaround is counted in business days from when we have both your payment and your account list after the intake call.

Payment

• Orders are paid in full, in US dollars, before research starts. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• The Social Listening add-on is agreed on the intake call and invoiced separately.
• The full Pilot fee is credited toward a Standard or Territory order placed within 30 days of Pilot delivery.

What we promise, and what we don't

• Every finding links to the page it came from, and anything we inferred is labeled as unconfirmed.
• Results are accurate as of the research date. People change jobs and companies change; we can't guarantee a contact is still in role after delivery.
• Outreach triggers rate fit and timing. They are not a promise that an account will buy, and we don't guarantee any sales result.

How we research

• We use public web pages, professional profiles, public filings and business data tools.
• We never use breached or leaked data, never invent a name, title or email, and never build email addresses from a naming pattern.
• We never contact your prospects, join private groups, or post or message anyone on your behalf.
• We don't spend your data-tool credits without asking you first.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are allowed to share the account list you send us.
• You use the results for your own company's sales work and don't resell them as a data product.
• When you contact the people in our results, you follow the laws that apply to you, such as anti-spam, telemarketing (do-not-call) and privacy laws.

Confidentiality

Your account list and your results belong to you. We don't share them with anyone or use them for other clients. We only use an anonymized example from your order if you give us written permission. How long we keep your files is set out in our privacy policy.

Corrections, refunds and cancellations

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
